BUSINESS DIRECTORY LISTING R50.00 per month for 6 months C Your business name, telephone and fax numbers are displayed C Your business address, email and website are displayed with links, if applicable BUSINESS DIRECTORY HOME PAGE ADVERTISEMENT R100.00 per month for 6 months C A graphical logo advertisement will be placed in the area provided C A link will be provided to your own website if applicable R150.00 per month for 6 months C A graphical logo advertisement will be placed on our home page under featured links C A link will be provided to your own website or our webpage HOME PAGE ADVERTISEMENT R200.00 per month for 6 months C A graphical logo advertisement will be placed on our home page under featured links C A link will be provided to your own website or our webpage ONE PAGE WEBPAGE R300.00 per month for 6 months plus once-off setup fee of R500.00 C One page simple webpage on www.edgemead.co.za (see example) C Graphics and logos need to be kept to a minimum PAYMENT OPTIONS C Payment is required upfront for the full period C Payment may be made in cash or electronic bank transfer C Banking details will be supplied when a package has been selected and accepted C Listing/advertisements/webpages will only be loaded once payments have been received C A tax invoice and receipt will be supplied TERMS AND CONDITIONS C All prices are quoted for a total of six months, with an option to renew for a further 6 months C Changes to listings/advertisements/webpages will be done on a quotation basis during the 6 months C Unique advertisements/listings will be considered on request and on merit C All prices are exclusive of South African VAT and subject to change without notice. C See our disclaimer for further terms and conditions when using this website C The webmaster reserves the right to accept or reject any queries at his/her own discretion HOW TO LIST/ADVERTISE YOUR ORGANISATION 1. Send your request via email to sales@edgemead.co.za or contact Ian on 082 359-2001 if you do not have access to email. 2. Provide the information about your business/organisation that you would like to be listed/advertised. 3. Your request will be reviewed by the webmaster and an acceptance/rejection will be returned to you. 4. When your request has been accepted, we will provide you with our banking details to deposit the required amount. 5. If you do not have access to EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) facilities, the webmaster will visit you in person to collect the required amount in cash. A receipt for payments will be provided. 6. When payment has been received, your listing/advertisement/webpage will be added to the website. Please allow 5 working days for this process to be executed. 7. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please notify us in writing. If we do not rectify the situation within 7 days, we will refund your payment and terminate all references to your organisation. 8. We will notify you when your listing/advertisement/webpage period is due to expire. You will then have the option to renew or cancel it. |
